I like photography…any kind. Digital or film both work for me because I like the process of capturing images and creating finished paper photographs. My favorite film camera is my Nikon F3 with a 24mm lens, shooting Tri-X film rated at 200. I love my new Nikon D90. I use lensbabies sometimes. I like to shoot full images, cropping when I shoot and rarely afterward.
I work for other photographers; charged with the honorable task of making their images into prints and into art. I like the technical challenge of creating beautiful images out of what I am given by my clients.
I also run a photography gallery called the Picturish Gallery. It is a gallery inside our photo lab. We exhibit work continuously, a new artist every 6 weeks. And we have some cool shows coming up.
